“Any personal information notified by the participants in the course of their registration is processed in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection dated August 2nd, 2002.
This information is collected for the purpose of enabling the proper execution of the BigMat ’13 International Architecture Award, as well as for direct marketing purposes, namely the presentation to participants of the services and products offered by BigMat International S.A.
By submitting their personal details, participants are agreeing to this processing of their personal data.
In accordance with the said law, participants are entitled to access, correct or oppose the processing of any data relating to them by writing to BigMat International S.A. with recorded delivery to the address indicated above.”

«The participant declares to hold the rights on the photographs and documentacion submitted. It guarantees to BigMat International S.A. that such photographs and documentacion are exempt from any duties. It expressly authorises BigMat International S.A. or any partner of BigMat International S.A.
Reproduction thereof and of all the elements contained for their digital preservation and the edition of advertising media, as well as their communication to the general public through catalogues and other advertising media.
The participant shall be fully responsible for the use of the photographs and documents submitted in the event of any claims filed by third parties against BigMat International S.A.»
